Monoliths

Stone monoliths created by creatively stacking rocks in a balanced manner.  I came upon these last week while exploring the Hidden Bridge of the south fork of Folsom Lake about a 1.5 miles down river from the Salmon Falls bridge.  Being on the northern bank, this area is normally inaccessible as the bridge and supporting trails are submerged when the lake is more full. But due to the pending drought conditions this area is currently high and dry.
