Burning Skies

Orange skies at sunset on the American River Parkway.  Due to the numerous wildfires burning in California, the skies for much of the state have been extremely hazy.  It is reminicent of what Bejing, China looked like during my visit to that country about 10 years ago. 

Taking advantage of the situation for photography, it has made for some more unique sunset compositions along the American River Parkway.  These images (including the ones below) were captured on two separate days about a week ago when the large Ranch Fire north Clear Lake was at its worst.
