Ruins of nature

Tufas at Mono Lake. Some fallen, some standing. Photographed with a nice sunset to complement the foreground scene.  Due to a notch in the Sierra Nevada mountain range just to the west of Mono basin, this area tends to get more weather than some of the more arid areas east of the Sierras.
