Picture of the week

Lone oak tree on a hilltop south of Highway 50 and the city of Folsom.  Recently Sacramento County approved the annexation of this land to the town of Folsom. As a result you can expect this area to be flattened in the interest of more subarban sprawl and the blight that goes with that.  You can see more images of oak foothill related images in my gallery here.
