To the North Pole

A leaning log up in a difficult to reach portion of North Creek in Kolob Canyon, a more remote area of Zion. This is known in the photography community to those familiar with the area as the "North Pole". I will traveling there again in the upcoming weeks with some other friends on a canyoneering trip, with a plan to reach this canyon from above by repelling down through the various canyon ledges, with the use of a wet suit to stay warm as some swimming is required.
