This is a preview of an upcoming trip back to the Tetons and Yellowstone.  The image above was captured during the fall of 2010, having created a travel blog about the trip here. I have finally budgeted the time to revisit this scenic area under winter conditions at the trailing edge of the season when it is a bit warmer. I planning on bringing my backcountry skis and snowshoes to better access some locations such as Mormon Row in the Tetons above, plus some of the trails around Mammoth and the Old Faithful Lodge of Yellowstone. In hopes of capturing quality winter wildlife I will also be bringing my supertelephoto lens, hoping to get lucky with wolves in the Lamar Valley. Stay tuned...
